MyMediation can help you to resolve practical issues which arise from a family or relationship breakdown. We provide a safe, impartial environment to discuss issues and explore options, to enable you to reach agreements that are acceptable to both of you.

Family mediation ensures that both parties are heard, and allows you to retain control over outcomes. It is impartial and confidential and works alongside the legal process. Family mediation is a quicker, more cost effective route to resolve children and financial matters than going to Court.

MyMediation can help you to resolve issues relating to children and/or finances. I am an accredited family mediator and member of the Family Mediators Association with over 15 years experience working as a family solicitor and more recently as a family mediator.

I qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and have extensive experience in the resolution of family disputes between couples, parents and grandparents in relation to divorce, children, financial and domestic violence cases.

I have always been committed to a constructive and non confrontational approach to family disputes and this lead me to train as a family mediator in 2010.  I see mediation as a more positive and creative alternative to litigation in the Court system.

In particular I feel strongly that the negative effects of separation and divorce on children are limited wherever possible.
